We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect with a strong background in construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of architectural plans, from concept through to execution, ensuring compliance with design standards, local codes, and client requirements.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualification
Key Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
Conduct site assessments and site supervision when necessary.
Review contractor submittals and provide technical guidance during execution.
Ensure compliance with national building codes and client expectations.
Attend client meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Prepare 3D visualizations and presentation materials when required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and detailing.
Good understanding of local and international building codes and standards.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
