Position: Behavioral Therapist
Location: Deborah Village, Sheger City Administration, Legetafo Legedadi Sub City
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Duration: Until December 31, 2025 (renewable based on performance and availability of funding)

Established in 2019, Deborah Foundation is a registered non-profit organization with a mission to improve the lives of children with Down Syndrome and other intellectual disabilities through support in the areas of Health, Education, and Policy Advocacy.
Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and a passion for helping clients achieve their personal goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and therapeutic techniques.
Monitor and document clients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to support client treatment.
Educate and support clients and their families on behavioral health issues and treatment options.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral therapy.
Certifications in Behavioral Therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to client-centered care.
