Department: Marketing and Sales Department
Reports To: Marketing and Sales Head
Location: Head office
Salary: Negotiable
Required No.: 03/Three
Under the direction of the Marketing and Sales Division Head:
Works closely with customers, contractors, engineers in providing varieties of the company’s Products.
Provides expert product knowledge, selection assistance and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with customers or their representatives in planning and product selection.
Uses consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills, attention to details, strong follow-up skills and motivation.
Receives clients, customers and visitors and meets and greets them in the showroom, understands their needs, makes presentations and advises them on the products and solutions suiting their needs.
Prepares the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, conducts and handles payments.
Uses appropriate office technologies and computers to process and track orders and maintain good communication with all contacts.
Maintains the showroom as a professional place of business, and follows company policies and procedures.
Follows the terms and conditions of sales in line with the company’s policy and procedures.
Job Requirements
Education:
BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business Management and Sanitary/Water/Civil engineering
Experience:
2/4 years of relevant experience in sales works in business organization
Skills:
Computer skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Strong in technical and operational skills.
Team oriented, Strong public relations skills.
Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation skills.
