Role Summary: Serves as the front-line representative of the company, welcoming visitors and handling basic administrative support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.

  • Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling.

  • Handle front-desk administrative duties and filing.

  • Support document printing, photocopying, and courier services.

  • Maintain a tidy reception area and professional environment.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related field.

  • 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and appearance.

  • Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, phone systems).
