Job Description

The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and performing a variety of organizational tasks to assist management and staff.

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents.

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Maintain office files and records in both paper and digital formats.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma /BA in degree in secretary & office management and similar field of study

  • Experience: 3-5 years & above work experience in the field Experience in hospital environment

  • Required Language: Afaan Oromoo writing, reading, listening, and speaking in is an asset
