Security manager have To secure the company property in all the company sites and safety of workers, implementing all security protocols, supervising security staff and conducting security evaluation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Collaborating with department managers to determine security needs.

• Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies.

• Controlling the security operations budget, monitoring expenses, and documenting processes.

• Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel. ▪ Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.

• Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.

• Hiring and on boarding new security guards with HR department.

• Establish a partnership with the security agency to effectively control and monitor outsourced security guard

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management or related field of study and Military/police training is certificate is mandatory

• 10 years of experience, out of which 2 years on a senior-related position.

• Proactive and always plan a head

• Highly motivated and have an excellent problem-solving ability
