Job Description
Annual budget preparation and planning.
Develop and distribute communication materials for clients, this can include newsletters, pamphlets, videos & photos, and business flashes.
Prepare weekly media review by collecting information from newsletters, internet, and other sources.
Prepare weekly business flash by collecting up to date information from departments within the company.
Prepare annual and quarterly company magazine.
Prepare purchase and payment requests for free drink sponsorships, printing payments, holiday wine gifts for outside stake holders and others.
Provide general support to public relations unit by completing tasks such as filing, documentation, and handling payment requests.
Receiving and processing of free drink sponsorships requests.
Processing patent registration for new products and follow-up of products.
Attending governmental meetings by representing the company.
Processing export of wine by preparing agreement, finishing bank permit and custom processes, and communicating with warehouse and quality team.
Organizing annual governmental activities and great run.
Photography and videography documentation for company events and celebrations.
Communicating with media when there are press releases concerning the company.
Information collecting and organizing for the company website, assemble press kits, send out customer surveys, and oversee website & social media content.
Answer emails and the telephone, respond to public inquiries, and maintain the public relations database.
Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions.
Assist in organizing and execution of corporate events, campaigns etc.
Conduct research & survey to support PR planning.
Support relations with stakeholders, media, vendors etc.
Ensure compliance with law (e.g., copyright and data protection).
Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention.
Performs miscellanies job-related duties as assigned.
Follow-up employee’s attendance and report to Human Resource department.
Attend monthly regular team meetings and share thoughts and ideas with colleagues.
Ensure ISO standard implementation in the company.
Implementing quality and food safety objectives and clearing non-conformities reported following audits.
Managing tasks in compliance to the system including infrastructure requirements.
Communicating new procedures, policies, formats, work instructions and for any changes of raw material, process and product related to QFST and verifying records.
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Education
MA Degree or BA Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
Experience
10 years of Work Experience for MA degree or 12 Years of Work Experience for BA degree in Human Resource Management or Employee Relation or Compensation and Benefit Management or in related field out of which 2 years in Managerial position.
