Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive inspections of vehicles, including checking brakes, tires, lights, emissions, and other safety features.

2. Ensure that vehicles comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

3. Prepare detailed inspection reports that include findings, recommendations, and any necessary corrective actions.

4. Maintain accurate records of inspections and vehicle history.

5. Discuss inspection results with vehicle owners and provide guidance on necessary repairs or maintenance.

6. Educate customers on safety standards and the importance of regular vehicle maintenance.

7. Work with maintenance and repair teams to facilitate necessary vehicle repairs.

8. Assist in training new inspectors on procedures and standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.

5 years of experience in vehicle inspection or automotive repair is a plus.

 Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards and regulations.

 Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
