Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Asphalt Plant Operator to manage the daily operations of our asphalt production facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plant operation, maintenance, and quality control.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment.
Ensure proper mixing and production of asphalt materials.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate deliveries.
Record production data and report any operational issues.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
10+ years of experience in asphalt plant operations.
Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery and processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
