Job Announcement: Asphalt Plant Operator

Location: South Sudan, Juba,

 Job Type: Full-time Experience: 10+ years Education: Diploma in Engineering

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Asphalt Plant Operator to manage the daily operations of our asphalt production facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plant operation, maintenance, and quality control.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment.

  • Ensure proper mixing and production of asphalt materials.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.

  • Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

  • Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate deliveries.

  • Record production data and report any operational issues.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).

  • 10+ years of experience in asphalt plant operations.

  • Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery and processes.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
