Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar role Education: BSc in Engineering
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Crusher Manager to oversee the operations of our asphalt plant and crushing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, plant management, and production optimization.
Manage daily operations of the asphalt plant and crusher unit.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Supervise and train plant personnel.
Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
Implement safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for raw materials and equipment.
Prepare reports on production, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
BSc in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
Minimum 10 years of experience in asphalt plant/crusher operations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of plant maintenance and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
