Enabling the commercial community to develop and grow talent to achieve the company objectives, providing specialist inputs and consulting to support commercial effectiveness, building sales community capabilities and competencies, supporting the facilitation and recruitment of great talent, supporting and implementing the sales way with tools templates and processes, develop partnerships with internal and external players.

AUDIT SALES SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES
AUDIT SALES PERFORMANCE
REVIEW CAP PROCESS
DEVELOPMENT OF SUPPORT EMPLOYEES
ENSURE A HEALTHY INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CLIMATE
MANAGE AND APPLY PERSONNEL PROCESSES
MANAGE OWN PERFORMANCE
MANAGE PERFORMANCE OF DIRECT REPORTS
COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN THE WORKPLACE
Job Requirements
Education
MA Degree or BA Degree in Marketing and Sales or Monument or Business Administration or related fields.
Experience
6 Years of Work Experience for MA Degree or 8 Years of Work Experience for BA in Sales development or Conducting effective Sales presentations, and contributing to the growth of the Sales pipeline for the Company or in related activities out of which 2 Years of Work Experience in Managerial position.
