Job Description
Itvar’ is a Travel Representation company based out of the United Arab Emirates with a presence across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, APAC and the Americas. Our representation services include services for Airlines, Hotels, Rail, Car Rentals, Destination Management & Tourism Boards, Travel Ancillary Products, and Travel Technology.

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic airline partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs,
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key airline clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial interactions and strategic discussions with assigned accounts.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and create customized strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, pricing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and service level agreements with key clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the airline, aviation, or travel industry.
Strong understanding of airline commercial operations and sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts and meet sales targets.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required (domestic and international)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or MBA.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
Experience working with global or multi-regional clients
