Itvar’ is a Travel Representation company based out of the United Arab Emirates with a presence across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, APAC and the Americas. Our representation services include services for Airlines, Hotels, Rail, Car Rentals, Destination Management & Tourism Boards, Travel Ancillary Products, and Travel Technology.

Department: Sales / Commercial Reports to: Country Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic airline partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key airline clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial interactions and strategic discussions with assigned accounts.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and create customized strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to internal stakeholders and clients.

  •  Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, pricing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  •  Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and service level agreements with key clients.

  •  Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify risks and opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the airline, aviation, or travel industry.

  • Strong understanding of airline commercial operations and sales cycles.

  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts and meet sales targets.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as required (domestic and international)

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Master’s degree or MBA.

  •  Multilingual skills are a plus.

  • Experience working with global or multi-regional clients
