MSc or BSc Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of SCOPE and all related systems across the country to support efficient beneficiary management. - Support the rollout and full deployment of DAS solutions and systems, including SCOPE, with all units and partners, for registering beneficiaries, delivering food or cash assistance to beneficiaries. - Analyze the pre-deployment IT needs for DAS solutions, including IT equipment and services, staffing, and provide budget and estimates.
