About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compound Manager to oversee the management and operations of our facility in Juba, South Sudan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or administrative studies and relevant experience in hotel or guest house management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the compound, ensuring high standards of maintenance, security, and guest satisfaction.

• Manage all compound staff, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices in compound management.

• Handle budgeting, procurement, and inventory control for compound supplies and equipment.

• Coordinate guest accommodations and facility usage, ensuring efficient services.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and local authorities.

• Address any facility-related issues promptly to maintain a comfortable and secure environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in hotel or guest house management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of facility operations, safety regulations, and maintenance protocols.
