BA Degree in Psychology, Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensures that planning and implementation of the project activities are in accordance with the program principles, approaches, and procedures of the organization; - Works closely with other project staffs and partners in planning, and implementing the project activities; - Ensures effective implementation of the project activities as per the set plan of action and as per the donor requirement.

Master's Degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee development and implementation of the project MEAL system across regions. - Ensure the MEAL system follows the Helvetas Gender and Social-Equity standard   - Ensure MEAL activities for MEAL and non-MEAL staff are planned clearly and coordinated

Master's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Social Work, Community Development, Development Studies, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct institutional capacity assessments to identify strengths, gaps, and needs for scaling up rural transport infrastructure. - Lead trail bridge needs assessments to inform government partners and stakeholders for prioritizing rural access in plans and budgets. - Integrate environmental and social safeguards into all institutional capacity assessments and training programs, ensuring gender equity and climate resilience.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Support preparation of proposals, technical reports, and project documentation. - Participate in data collection planning, data cleaning, management, and analysis. - Conduct literature reviews, synthesize findings, and contribute to deliverable preparation.

Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the adaptation and rollout of the Social Analysis and Action (SAA) methodology. - Facilitate community dialogues on gender and social norms with VESAs, community leaders, and parents. - Engage men and boys through the EMB (Engaging Men and Boys) approach to challenge harmful masculinities and promote positive role models. - Support integration of positive parenting approaches to strengthen adolescent girls’ empowerment.
