Duties & Responsibilities:
Run growth campaigns : Paid ads, SEO, email, and social media to boost conversions.
Analyze metrics (CAC, LTV, funnels) to optimize performance.
Craft copy for landing pages, blogs, and product launches.
Collaborate with teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Experiment with new tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads).

Job Requirements
What We Want
2– 4 years marketing experience (internships/projects OK).
Hands-on with SEO/SEM , Google Analytics, and social platforms.
Data-driven: Comfortable interpreting metrics and testing ideas.
Strong writer: Clear, persuasive communication skills.
Startup-ready: Adaptable, curious, and hungry to learn.
Nice to Have: Email tools (Mailchimp), CRM experience, portfolio of past work.
