Job Description
Hope enterprises, is a local civil society organization which was established in 1971. As a pioneering national NGO, it has been serving the needy through transformational investment, operating seven branches and area projects in different regions and a university college in Addis Ababa City administration. HOPE involved in holistic human development with concrete interventions by ways of basic care, education, vocational training, job and business mediation and values development
Salary: Negotiable
Terms of Employment: Contract with project Period
Reported to: SEED Project Manager
Location: Addis Ababa with frequent travel to project
Job Requirements
BSC or MSc Science and Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
5 years for BA/BSc or 3 years for MSc/MA
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role,
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and productivity software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are
a plus.Career Level: Entry to Mid-Level
