Job Description

Hope enterprises, is a local civil society organization which was established in 1971. As a pioneering national NGO, it has been serving the needy through transformational investment, operating seven branches and area projects in different regions and a university college in Addis Ababa City administration. HOPE involved in holistic human development with concrete interventions by ways of basic care, education, vocational training, job and business mediation and values development

Salary: Negotiable

Terms of Employment: Contract with project Period

Reported to: SEED Project Manager

Location: Addis Ababa with frequent travel to project

Job Requirements

  • BA/BSC or MSc/MA Project Management, Vocational management, Development studies, Sociology or related fields.

  • 7 years for BA/BSc or 5 years for MSc/MA/

  • Good knowledge of TVET strategy and Job creation

  • Ability to plan and see the "big picture

  • Proven working experience in running project and management or similar role.

  • Ability to do multi-tasks and work under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good time-management skills and teamwork

  • Should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and technical skills
