Master's or Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Humanitarian Affairs, Social Sciences, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4/6 years in managerial position/s Duties and Responsibilities  - Lead the organization’s Localization and National Society Development (NSD) strategies to strengthen institutional capacity, promote branch-level autonomy, and enhance service delivery nationwide. - Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective leadership across branches. - Maintain a strong field presence to assess branch realities, provide hands-on support, and ensure alignment with localization and NSD priorities.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Development studies, M&E, Disaster Management, Rural Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years’ experience on a similar position. Duties and Responsibilities: - Facilitate the implementation of management decisions/recommendations in order to meet quality standards and promote alignment with strategies and standards - Facilitate team building, motivate and maintain strong relationships. - Support and mentor local institutions (CBOs, FBOs, etc.) and smaller NGOs to enhance their capabilities and ensure compliance with project standards. - Adhere with internal control and ensure that all projects/programs achieve acceptable financial and operational audit results

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, Engineering, Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the development of a clear implementation plan/project execution plan for project agreements into proper outputs/deliverables, implementation steps, timelines, relationships across departments and partners, and risks or delays that might impact project delivery with proposed mitigation strategies  - Lead programs and projects, problem-solve, and brainstorming sessions for different project workstreams. 

MA or BA Degree in Social Science, Humanitarian Studies, Sociology, Community Development, DRM or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Facilitate and maintain effective coordination of humanitarian services at camp or site level to ensure needs are met and duplication of efforts is minimized. - Liaise with humanitarian partners, local authorities, authorities, UN agencies, NGOs, and community representatives to ensure harmonized interventions. - Support the design and conduct of assessments and service mapping to understand service availability and gaps. 

Master's Degree in Developmental Studies, Public Health, Natural Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Develop yearly, quarterly and monthly activity plans and upload them on time. - Assist the Finance Division in allocating project resources while collaborating with other departments to identify resource needs and address challenges. - Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity action plans and cash flows while reviewing project plans, schedules, and timelines as needed.
