Job Description

Job Purpose:- To managing all the administrative and general service duties of the company at corporate level.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Generic Duties 

  • Sets deadlines in ways that comply with department’s plans and communicate them to subordinates,

  • Organizes workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks,

  • Monitors employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching,

Main Duties 

  • Manages corporate transportation and facilities to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements/Standard,

  • Ensures employee transportation service availability and randomly check service buses condition, 

  • Reviews and approves existing/new route lines as required, 

  • Collects request from all sites/stations/factories and summarize with corporate level and request purchase of PPE & employee uniform, and follow up distribution,

  • Ensures the cleaning and sanitation, waste disposals (waste segregation, disposal liquid waste, scraps),

  • Ensures guest house, canteen, office receptions activities are as per the standard, 

  • Follow up and renew on time Contract Agreements of service providers (Cleaning & Security), facilitate third party workers payment, 

  • Patrol company buildings, factory, and office premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates,

  • Answers alarms and investigate disturbances,

  • Monitors and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises,

  • Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons, 

  • Manages all canteen and ensures the delivery of affordable food and service to the staff,

  • Collects request from all sites/stations/factories and summarize with corporate level and request purchase of food items and inputs and follow up distribution,

  • Ensures that stock is kept at appropriate levels and a stock take is undertaken at the end of each month,

  • Ensures that the canteen is hygienic and works accordingly. 

  • Oversees building/office maintenance and ensure buildings/office /guesthouse etc function smoothly throughout their operational life,

  • Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Education

  • BA or MA in Human Resources Management ,Management , Business Administration ,Supply Management ,Organizational Development , Organizational Management ,Development Management , leadership  PSIR, Public Administration or related field of studies.

Experience 

  • 8 years for BA

  • 6 years for MA

Skill 

  • Leadership skills 

  • Problem solving skills

  • Communication skills.
