Job Summery

The Executive Assistant is responsible to provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the chief executive officer in navigating the fast-paced environment of our growing firm.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the chief Executives officer ;

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents;

  • Maintains proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondence and files in appropriate manner to enable easy and quick tracing;

  • Facilitates meeting schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the Chief executives officer, taking notes and preparing minutes;

  • Handles customers issue, screens and schedules for appointments and remind the CEO.

  • Receives incoming communication memos and reviews contents, determines important and distributes to the concerned staff,

  • Follows up & ensures timely dispatch and receipts of all the company’s correspondences

  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping;

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the CEO;

Job Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge in internet, Microsoft office and ERP

  • Management and leadership skill

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related fields with a minimum of 5 years work experience in the same position.
