Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Operator to join our construction team in Juba, South Sudan. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in operating concrete pumps and a Technical School Diploma. This role requires expertise in handling concrete pumping equipment, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining safety standards on-site.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and control concrete pump machinery at construction sites.

• Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment.

• Monitor concrete flow and pump pressure to ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain equipment functionality.

• Work closely with construction teams to ensure timely concrete placement.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs when necessary.

• Adhere to safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Maintain accurate records of pumping operations and equipment usage.

• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and contractors.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10 years of experience in concrete pumping operations.

• Technical School Diploma in a relevant field.

• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pumping techniques, and equipment maintenance.

• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Physical stamina to work in challenging outdoor conditions.
