A Trick Mixer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment to ensure the precise blending of materials. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and control mixing machines to blend raw materials.

• Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of batches.

• Monitor ingredient levels and adjust as needed to maintain quality standards.

• Inspect machinery and report any malfunctions or defects.

• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.

• Maintain accurate production records and logs.

• Conduct quality control tests on mixed products.

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.

• Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and production schedules.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 10 years experience in mixing operations preferred.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and mixing techniques.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
