Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Planning and Program Expert with a strong background in coffee farm development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that enhance productivity and sustainability within our coffee operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for coffee farm development and expansion.
Collaborate with agronomists and farm managers to set clear objectives and deliverables.
Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze agricultural data to inform decision-making and optimize practices.
Facilitate training workshops for staff on best agricultural practices and sustainability

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in coffee farm development or agricultural planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and agricultural technologies.
