Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Secretary for the Executive Head to provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will excel in customer handling and office management, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and possess strong communication skills in both Amharic and English.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Head, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Handle customer inquiries and communications with professionalism and efficiency.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence in both Amharic and English.
Organize and maintain filing systems and office records to ensure efficiency.
Assist in coordinating office activities, events, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
Diploma or TVET Level 4 and higher in Secretary Science or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Proficient in written and spoken Amharic and English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Capable of thriving in an intense and dynamic work environment.
