Job Description
Monthly salary Birr 55,000.
Transport Allowance Birr 18,461.54
Position Allowance 9,230.77
Mobile allowance Birr 1,076.92
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and handle treasury functions.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance.
Perform other tasks given by the General Manager of the PLC.
BA/MSC Degree in Accounting, Finance.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting of which 4 years in financial management managerial position. Experience in manufacturing company preferably in a PLC environment.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in Peach tree and other financial software and ERP systems.
Trained in IFRS
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
