Job Description

  • Monthly Gross salary Birr 22,000.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Prepare letters and corespondences, reports, presentations, memos, and other documents as required.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the GM.

  • Organize board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.

  • Maintain filing systems and confidential records.

  • Liaise with departments, clients, and partners as directed by the GM.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a PLC setting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
