Job Description
Monthly Gross salary Birr 22,000.
Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare letters and corespondences, reports, presentations, memos, and other documents as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the GM.
Organize board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
Maintain filing systems and confidential records.
Liaise with departments, clients, and partners as directed by the GM.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a PLC setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
