Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to effectively case manage, plan, prioritize and complete work within set time frames. Ability to interpret and apply legislation.
Analyze and evaluate information to identify innovative and practical solutions to problems. •Ability to work in partnership with agency and external stakeholders and establish relationships.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in claim management, including sensitive cases. •Ensure claims are processed in accordance with the agreement.
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with insurers, Work Safe and agency personnel
Job Requirements:
Education: BA in Business Management, Public Administration or related field
Experience: 4 years
