Place of Work: Kality/ Addis Ababa
Terms of Employment: Negotiable as per company scale
Salary: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing approved purchase requisitions,
- Placing and completing purchase orders based on specifications, collecting pro forma invoices from suppliers and preparing documents,
- Purchasing supplies, materials, and equipment while ensuring timely delivery to the store. Ensuring all purchases made at low costs without compromising quality.
- Inspecting and processing invoices, verifying them against purchase orders and receiving reports,
- Ensuring suppliers deliver on time and according to purchase order specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA in Purchasing & Supplies/ Management or related field
- Experience: 3-4 years
