Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with expertise in interior design, Revit-based BIM workflows, material specification, quantity takeoffs (BOQ), and 3D visualization. The successful candidate will contribute to design and execution (on site supervision) of architectural and interior projects, by producing high-quality, detailed, and coordinated outputs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed architectural designs and interior design using Revit, CAD and other tools.

  • Prepare a design documentation

  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.

  • Produce 3D renderings and visualizations for client presentations using Lumion, D5 Render engines as well as any other render engine. 

  • Prepare material specifications

  • Generate accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from models and drawings.

  • Conduct site visits and supervise interior works to ensure design compliance.

  • Research and specify locally available and internationally sourced materials.

  • Participate in design meetings, and prepare reports, presentation slides and mood boards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with experience in Interior Design. 

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience (interior design and supervision).

  • Proven expertise in Revit 

  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed BOQs and material specifications.

  • Familiar with local Ethiopian construction standards, and regulations.
