Diploma in Accounting, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Managing inventory by receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of goods. - Organizing and maintaining the store or warehouse in a neat, clean, and safe condition, following government regulations and company guidelines - Inspecting deliveries for discrepancies or damage, reporting damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement - Keeping detailed records of stock transactions, including sales, receipts, and withdrawals, and maintaining automated inventory databases when applicable.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work expereince in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or vendor management. Duties & Responsibilites: - Coordinate supply chain operations from procurement to delivery. - Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams (Bid, Management, Marketing). - Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, acting as the primary contact. - Identify, onboard, and manage new vendors, focusing on competitive pricing and quality. - Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance. - Manage procurement projects and optimize the supply chain. Required Skills - Strong negotiation and contract management skills. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Experience with supply chain/ERP software is a plus. - Understanding of Ethiopian regulations and international trade.

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist the Export Manager in developing strategic and operating export plans to ensure that the company has the appropriate resources to support Export business - Manage all bank processes for export activities and prepare required documents and ensure adherence to all shipping schedules. - Prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method - Implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements - Executing the follow up until shipments arrival at customer end

MA or BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years in a senior procurement leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the hospital's operational and financial goals. - Collaborate with executive leadership to drive procurement planning and cost optimization initiatives. - Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stock-outs without disrupting hospital operations.

BA Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Store and handle materials and parts according to specified procedures. - Receive and issue out materials and parts after checking them against appropriate documents such as purchase orders, packing lists, invoices etc. - Request, when necessary, the support of appropriate work units for physical inspections during receiving and unloading materials, and products.
