Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to provide vital support to the Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient HR operations, ensuring accurate employee documentation, facilitating recruitment processes, and assisting with staff engagement activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and enthusiastic about supporting the development of a thriving workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

  • Assist with job postings, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and orientation schedules for new hires.

Employee Records & Data Management:

  • Maintain up-to-date employee files both in hard copy and electronic formats.

  • Ensure accuracy of HR databases, including personal data, leave records, and performance documents.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards on staffing, turnover, and compliance status.

  • Support exit formalities including clearance and exit interview documentation.

Training & Communication:

  • Help organize internal training sessions, attendance tracking, and staff communication initiatives.

  • Assist in delivering HR memos, notices, and internal announcements.

Employee Engagement & Administration:

  • Contribute to the planning of staff events, employee welfare programs, and celebrations.

  • Provide administrative support in managing staff benefits and grievance documentation.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • BA or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles preferred.

  • Familiarity with recruitment, filing systems, and HR policies is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic HR information systems.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
