Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct detailed construction measurement.
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and detailed measurement sheets.
Support the preparation of payment applications and subcontractor evaluations.
Cross-check on-site progress vs. drawings and BOQ for daily updates.
Support preparation of daily/weekly work progress reports.
Help verify material use and assist in stock reconciliation efforts.
Job Requirements
BSc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Construction Management/Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD (measurement extraction), MS Excel (BOQ and takeoff sheets).
Basic knowledge of construction measurement methods and cost control principles.
Eagerness to learn, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
