We are seeking a seasoned architect who combines strong site construction experience with proficiency in interior design leadership and digital design tools. This role is critical for: 1. Fast-tracking and closing out the rectification and finishing works at Ayat City Center, and 2. Leading the Architectural/Interior Design Studio responsible for the concept, documentation, and detailing of high-end Residential, commercial and hospitality interiors across ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• A. Architect of Record – Ayat City Center (Immediate Priority)

• Act as the registered architect on record for the project close-out phase.

• Review, finalize, and sign off on architectural shop drawings and as-built documentation.

• Resolve coordination issues between architectural, structural, MEP, and fire systems.

• Prepare or guide revisions and construction-level details on-site.

• Conduct periodic inspections to verify compliance with design intent, building codes, and site execution.

• Provide rapid RFI responses and drawing markups for construction clarifications.

• Coordinate with QA/QC and Construction Manager to ensure each floor/unit is delivered with architectural quality and completeness. B. Interior Design Studio Lead (Concurrent/Ongoing)

• Lead the in-house interior design team in concept development, space planning, FF&E selection, and detailed documentation.

• Oversee design of hospitality, commercial, and luxury residential interiors across the company’s real estate projects.

• Review and approve full interior drawing sets including reflected ceiling plans, millwork details, material boards, and finishes.

• Supervise Revit modeling, ensure drawing standards, and coordinate with external consultants or contractors.

• Manage studio workflows, mentor junior designers, and contribute to innovation and high design standards.

• Support budgeting and BOQ coordination with QS for interior packages.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s or relevant certifications in Interior Design is a plus.

• Licensed or registered architect (preferred).

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in both construction site architecture and interior design leadership.

Strong proficiency in:

• AutoCAD (for site-level detailing and construction coordination)

• Revit (BIM modeling, detailing, and collaboration)

• SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion or Twinmotion (concept presentations)

• Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign (for presentation packages)

• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, coordination drawings, and multidisciplinary review.

• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to lead cross-functional teams and guide junior staff.
