Job Description

The HR Analyst is responsible for conducting thorough workforce analysis, supporting talent management initiatives, optimizing performance management processes, and ensuring compliance and risk management. This role involves analyzing both internal and external data to provide insights and recommendations for HR strategies and workforce planning. 

Main Duties and Tasks: 

  • Conduct in-depth research on external factors impacting the organization, including industry trends, competitor strategies, economic forecasts, and regulatory changes, and assess their potential impact on workforce planning. 

  • Analyze internal data on current workforce composition, including demographics, skills, experience, and performance, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. 

  • Perform skills gap analysis to identify critical skills requiring development initiatives. 

  • Synthesize findings from internal and external analyses into comprehensive reports with recommendations for HR strategies and workforce planning. 

  • Collaborate with HR leadership and department heads to conduct SWOT analysis on workforce capabilities. 

  •  Partner with HR Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to conduct talent assessments for promotions, succession planning, and identifying high-potential employees.

  • Analyze training needs and performance metrics to recommend effective training programs and development initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with Learning and Development Specialists to evaluate training program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Track training completion rates and analyze program impact on employee performance. 

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for workforce planning initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals. 

  • Analyze performance data using performance management software to identify trends, areas for improvement, and prepare reports for performance reviews.

  • Work with supervisors to set performance goals and conduct regular check-in meetings based on employee roles and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits Specialists to benchmark the organization's compensation structure and benefits programs against industry standards. Human Resources Division: Job Description 

  • Analyze data on employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement to identify areas for improvement in compensation and benefits programs. 

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. 

  • Analyze data from audits, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to identify compliance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 

  • Compile findings into comprehensive gap analysis reports and propose recommendations for addressing identified issues.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BA/MBA in Management or a related field with a minimum of 7/5 years of experience of which 2 years focused in HR analysis or related role. 

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and compliance.

  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Proficiency in using HR software and data analysis tools. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Recommended Skill Sets: 

  • Analytical and data interpretation abilities. 

  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations. 

  • Strategic planning and organizational skills. 

  • Effective communication and report writing skills. 

  • High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.

  • Proficiency in using performance management and HR analytics software.
