Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.

  • Ensuring accurate stock control and preventing losses.

  • Overseeing stock deliveries and organizing the stockroom.

  • Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.

  • Handling cash and processing transactions.

  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance.

  • Ensuring the store adheres to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in purchasing and supplies Management, Account and Finance or related Business discipline.

  • 4-5 years’ experience, in hospitality or FMG related with food & Beverage handling.

  • Food safety Management training

  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures

  • Detail Oriented

  • Excellent Customer Handling skill

  • Inventory Management

  • Teamwork

  • Effective communication and sociability

  • Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Outlook, 

  • Familiar with Warehouse management soft wares, like Birch Street, Materials control

  • Inventory management
