Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
Ensuring accurate stock control and preventing losses.
Overseeing stock deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.
Handling cash and processing transactions.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance.
Ensuring the store adheres to health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
BA degree in purchasing and supplies Management, Account and Finance or related Business discipline.
4-5 years’ experience, in hospitality or FMG related with food & Beverage handling.
Food safety Management training
Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures
Detail Oriented
Excellent Customer Handling skill
Inventory Management
Teamwork
Effective communication and sociability
Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Outlook,
Familiar with Warehouse management soft wares, like Birch Street, Materials control
