Job Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Licensure preferred (PAR)
Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in architectural design.
Involvement in 2+ projects from concept to completion.
Experience in at least two project types: Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Public.
Proven ability to assist in managing architectural projects
Key Skills:
Revit, Proficiency in design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
Strong understanding of building codes and design standards.
Strong knowledge of design principles and construction detailing.
Ability to produce high-quality design drawings and documents.
Experience with design documentation and client presentations
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Architects in developing design concepts and preparing presentations.
Prepare architectural drawings and documentation.
Coordinate with engineering disciplines and consultants.
Ensure design compliance with client requirements and regulations
Part-time with 24 hours availability per week
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
