Position Summary:
The Strategy and Planning Manager will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of short and long term strategic goals for Amaga PLC. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a deep understanding of business strategies and operations. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Lead the development of strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize strategic objectives.
Oversee the preparation of business plans, performance dashboards, and reports on key strategic initiatives.
Monitor the progress of strategic projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Facilitate decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Coordinate annual and quarterly planning cycles, including budget and resource allocation.
Support the identification of new business opportunities and growth areas.
Assist in the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
Communicate key strategies, plans, and performance outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
Education: BA/MA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 8/6 years of experience in strategy development, business planning,
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Experience with performance measurement and business analytics tools is a plus.
