Pharo Foundation is launching a new, high-quality school in Assosa, and we are looking for passionate, nurturing, and skilled early childhood educators to join our Kindergarten (KG) team. 📍 Position Details
Location: Assosa, Ethiopia
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reports To: School Principal
Works Closely With: Head of Education, Education Program Team, and fellow teaching staff
Open Kindergarten Positions:
KG Coordinator – Lead the kindergarten section and mentor the teaching team
✨ What You'll Do
Oversee all KG operations, ensuring curriculum quality and staff support
Mentor KG teachers and coordinate with the school leadership team
Ensure inclusive, child-centered learning experiences
For All Roles:
A passion for working with young children and early education
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Early Childhood Education
5+ years of experience, including leadership/coordination in KG settings
Fluent in English and Amharic; strong organizational and mentoring ability
