Pharo Foundation is launching a new, high-quality school in Assosa and is seeking a professional and highly organized

Admin Officer to ensure effective administrative support and the smooth running of school operations. 

📍 Position Details 

• Location: Assosa, Ethiopia 

• Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and coordinate general administrative functions across the school 

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance logistics 

  • Support the school principal and departments with documentation, scheduling, and record keeping 

  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) 

  • Liaise with staff, parents, service providers, and government offices as needed 

  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 

  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience (school or NGO setting preferred) 

  • Proficient in MS Office and fluent in written/spoken English 

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills 

  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
