Bachelot's Degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, Environmental Science, Sanitary Science, Social Work, Social Anthropology, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Plans, prepares budget, directs, coordinates and controls the overall pre hospital emergency medical service activities of the Branch; - Initiate and participate on policies and procedures formulation that enable to effectively and efficiently carry out first-aid and ambulance services of the Society in a standardized and consistent manner; - Coordinates first-aid and ambulance service intervention needs assessment activities of the branch in accordance with the policies and procedures in place by the Society; - Follows up and ensures that financial commitments of funding agents timely released and expended as per commitments.
