The Fleet Operation Division Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end operations of the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure the safe, timely, and efficient movement of cement, raw and related materials. This role focuses on fleet dispatch, control, compliance, and operational optimization, supporting the company's production and distribution goals.

Job Requirement

Option 1:

• Master’s degree in management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields, or related fields

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role

Option 2:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields, or related fields

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role
