Job Description
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Project and Contract Administration Head on behalf of a Private company. We are seeking a highly working closely for overseeing all aspects of construction project execution and contract management. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications and regulatory standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
Lead contract management activities including preparation, negotiation, compliance monitoring, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Monitor project progress and manage risks, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and organizational policies.
Resolve disputes or delays by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Provide leadership and guidance to project and contract administration teams.
Report on project status and contractual issues to senior management
Job Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related business field.
4+ years of solid experience in building construction project management and contract administration.
Proven knowledge of construction processes, contract law, and
