Job Description
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization
Conduct orientation sessions
Create training materials
Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations
Create testing and evaluation processes
Manage training budget
Prepare and implement training budget
Conduct performance reviews
Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops
Provide performance feedback
Conduct continuing education training
Provide leadership development education
Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements and cost management
Assist with the development of strategic plans
Education: From accredited academic institution first degree in management/ business administration / human resource management/ personnel management/ public Administration or other relevant field of study
Experience: 6 years related work experience or 3 years in a managerial position and in 4 or 5-star hotel.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Training Manager
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Good computer and database skills
Working place: Addis Ababa
