Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Monitor and control stock levels to ensure material availability and accuracy - Supervise daily inventory operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials - Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records - Implement re-order point system to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages - Prepare and analyze reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on inventory status and movements - Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements - Identify and resolve discrepancies to minimize inventory variances

Bachelor's Degree in any field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Supporting day-to-day procurement activities to contribute to operational efficiency and compliance with procurement policies and procedures - Developing foundational skills in negotiation, contract management, and procurement best practices - Raising and expediting purchase orders and resolving invoice queries promptly - Assisting with invoice management, invoice reconciliation, vendor sourcing, and maintaining procurement records

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with NRC policies, guidelines and standards. - Specific technical responsibility for implementation of the support functions - Provide specific technical support and capacity building towards support staff. - Line management of Logistics team

BA Degree in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines - Ensure that vehicles are used and maintained according to Logistics Handbook, other NRC policies and donor requirements - Plan, schedule and monitor transport of staff and material/equipment according to demands and procedures
