Job Title: Assistant Factory Human Resources (HR) and Administration Manager

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilites:

Designing and managing efficient shift schedules based on production demand and plan

Developing and implementing new HR approaches, policies, procedures and formats to continously improve HR practices and administrative procedures

Assisting with developing retention strategie,s maintaining succession plans and monitoring employee satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or in a related field of study

4 years of expereince in HR and administrative roles
