Purpose of the Job to coordinate and oversee the production planning and control processes to ensure efficient, timely, and optimized manufacturing of bottles. The role focuses on maximizing resource utilization, aligning production schedules with demand, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing performance while collaborating with various departments.

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge and skills (Competence)

Education

• BSc Degree or TVET Level Certification in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Accounting, or a related field.

• Additional training in ERP/MRP systems, Advanced Excel, reporting tools, and Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, supply chain with in the glass/FMCG industries

Skills

• Proficiency in production planning software (SAP, Oracle, or custom ERP systems).

• Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities for performance evaluation.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, scheduling tools, and KPI reporting methodologies.

• Effective communication and coordination skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
