Job Requirements

• Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science/ Communication/MIS from recognized University or a related field. Level IV Diploma in. HNS (Hardware and Network Services) / Electronics recognized College. Having COC is advantageous.

Related work Experience:

• For Degree Holders: We require a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience, with at least 1\2 years in a Senior ATM Technician position.

• For Level IV Certification Holders: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience is required, including at least 3-5 years in a Senior ATM Technician position.

Required Skill:

• Strong understanding of ATM operations, including hardware, software, and security systems.

• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electronic issues.

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues professionally.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
