Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily production activates to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
Develop and implement technical strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
Lead and mentor the production and technical teams to enhance performance
Monitor and maintain compliance with workplace safety protocols.
Identify and address technical challenges to improve overall operational efficiency.
Ensure all production meets quality standards and client expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirements
MSC/BSc in Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum of four years of experience in a production or technical management role.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale production processes
Strong knowledge of plastic extrusion process.
Excellent problem-solving communication, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with quality control, cost management, and safety protocols.
