The purpose of the job is to shape raw glass into finished products, ensuring that the glass is formed correctly, efficiently, and with high quality. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and adherence to production standards to maintain smooth operations in the manufacturing process.

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge and skills (Competence)

Education

• BSc degree or TVET diploma (Level 5) in Engineering, Applied Science, or in relevant technical disciplines

Experience:  Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in glass factories.

Skills

• Expertise in glass forming techniques and machinery.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues.

• Knowledge of quality control measures and inspection standards.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
