Job Description
Kegna Beverages Share Company is the company which is under formation and working hard to engross in the Beverage Industry of Ethiopia that is incredibly untapped yet and fast growing.
The Company, officially endorsed on 04 March 2017 by the recommendation and promoter Committee selection of the Public Private Partnership Council of the Oromia Regional State. The promoter committee has been in contact since then frequently on the formal establishment of Kegna Beverages and on fulfilling local legal requirements of company formation, finalizing multiple discipline viability tests and studies and ground preparation for the official launching and foreign direct investment search, and approaches.
Kegna Beverages Share Company officially launched on 01 April 2017 at the Oromo Cultural Center at the Presence of higher Oromia Regional State Officials, Bank Representatives, Local Investors, invited Foreign Investors, Invited guests and Medias. The multiple studies which are mostly finalized as of now (Feasibility Study, Civil and Construction works assessment, Geotechnical, hydrology and topography analysis) on the primarily selected site of the production are finalized and ready to show the picture of the investment as of now.

Role Description
The Junior Analyst is responsible for conducting quality analysis of raw materials, process operations, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. The role involves laboratory testing, equipment maintenance, reporting, and ensuring adherence to quality protocols.
Reports To:
Quality Team leader
Perform physicochemical tests on raw materials, in-process samples (wort, fermentation, maturation), bright beer, and finished products as per company SOPs.
Monitor critical control points (CCPs) during brewing, fermentation, filtration, and packaging.
Conduct sensory evaluations and ensure products are analyzed per the sensory sampling plan.
Verify packaging quality, including labeling, fill levels, and seal integrity.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment accurately and safely in accordance with calibration and maintenance plans.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment following 5S standards.
Practice effective asset and stock management within the laboratory.
Record and maintain accurate test results and observations in laboratory management systems.
Report non-compliances promptly and escalate issues according to procedures.
Prepare quality reports and summaries for review by the Quality Team Leader.
Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory & management system requirements (e.g., HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Quarantine non-compliant products and report them for management decisions.
Release finished products to relevant departments upon authorization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and provide feedback to the production team.
Document non-conformances and track corrective actions.
Support training initiatives for production staff on quality standards and procedures.
Participate in internal audits of quality processes and documentation.
Assist in other quality-related tasks as assigned.
Participate in team meetings to discuss quality findings and initiatives.
Timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Effective escalation of non-conformance issues.
Compliance with departmental and individual KPIs.
Education
MSC/BSC in chemistry/ chemical engineering or related fields
Experience
